A Revelation!

I love killing male ego. Those who think's I'll not take my revenge is a fool. I love unconditionally, yet my hate runs deeper. It's time for a celebration but I don't have anyone so instead I just decided to have my power nap.

I woke up the next afternoon. Yes. Afternoon. I slept for almost 13 hours with the 𝘴𝘵𝘶𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘥 𝘴𝘸𝘢𝘯 that Raaj gave me. Sometime's I wonder whom did it actually belong to? It look's like it's not used before.

I removed that thought and got ready. Today Raaj is throwing a party. I don't know why though. I wore black bodycon, did some makeup and done. I suck at make up. But I still try.

'Rahiii!' I chirped. 'You're looking fabulous.'

'We're twinning!' Rahi exclaimed. 'And that also without telling each other.'

'Yeah.' I don't know why but she looked a bit off today. I asked her but she didn't responded.

Everyone gathered after 10 minutes. Kevin is also here. I wonder where is Yuvraj. But no wait-- why am I wondering that? I should have been wondering what I need to do next.

Raaj came to me and said 'Ready for the surprise?'

'Not really.' I laughed. 'Your surprise's are scary.'

He smiled. 'Well, I also don't have any idea about it.'

'What do you mean?' I blurred.

'Mom told me to do so..' He answered.

'Oh God!' I exclaimed. Dimple Aunty might be up to something. I really find her a bit weird.

I was thinking about that when suddenly Kevin came to me.

'Where were you last night?' He demanded.

'You're not my Dad. So stop acting like that.' I declared.

'Are you always this mean?' A voice interrupted. It was Yuvraj.

'Yes.' I growled. I don't like when someone point's me out. So I walked away. I hate how easily I'm irritated.

'Nehmat!' Kevin whispered. 'I need to tell you something.'

'Shut up, you Dumbass!' I almost shouted. 'What you were saying?'

'Stop yelling--' He tried to say.

'You found a clue?' My voice low this time. 'You've never found a single clue in this investigation.'

'Because of me you met your sister. Remember?' Kevin replied. His eyes full of anger.

'How can I trust you?' I answered. 'I don't even know she's my sister or not.'

'I'm done with this shit!' Kevin said and started walking away angrily.

'You're shit!' I replied and did the same.

Everyone took a seat meanwhile I was standing alone in a corner when Dimple Mehra finally came and went on the stage.

'Good Evening to everyone!' She murmured. Her voice a little sharp.

'I won't take a lot of your time.' She continued. 'I'm so happy to announce that Mehra's Company is amalgamating with Singania's.'

Everyone started whispering after hearing this. I'm also shocked why the hell they are joining hand's with those Singhania's?

'I know you may have many questions, I won't answer now. But you'll get to know soon.' She added.

Than Raaj came and whispered something on her Mom's ear. And than she suddenly walked away.

'Sorry for this. But we have to leave immediately.' Yuvraj announced and walked away. Meanwhile Rahi was just lost in herself. Like she knew what's happening.

'Is something wrong?' I asked Rahi gently.

'Yes.' Rahi answered. Her voice didn't have that spark.

'What's it?' I questioned.

'It's Dad.' She sobbed. 'He's--'

'Rahi! Come with me.' Suddenly Yuvraj came and took her.

What's wrong dude? I mean why is he avoiding me? Did he find out something about my past?

I took a deep breath and vanished those thoughts. I don't care cuz what's he gonna do? I'm not scared of him. I straight went to shadow. I was riding and enjoying when I suddenly saw a familiar figure.

On the grasslands, hand's shaking and eyes filled with sadness. Yuvraaj. What is he doing outside my secret spot? I tried to walk away silently but he saw me.

'So you ride a horse?' He gasped.

'Yeah.' I murmured.

Than he fall silent.

'Is something wrong?' I questioned. 'Why are you avoiding me?'

'Ask yourself.' He replied instantly.

'Whatt--' I tried to say.

'Are you playing with me? Have I done something wrong?' He murmured. Tears falling down his cheeks.

'Noo--' I replied. 'Why are you--?'

'Than why?' He asked. 'Why are you hiding everything from me?'

I don't have any answer for this. So I fell silent.

'I know.' He continued. 'I know you're Inayat. That sweet, innocent, graceful girl who used to chirp in whole Mehra's Mansion.'

'I'm not--' I tried to say something but he was clearly not in the mood to listen.

'You're lying.' He replied.

I convinced myself to not became weak. While my heart want's to wipe off his tears, hug him so tightly that he forgot's every pain. But I can't. I just can't do it.

'Have you ever loved someone?' He questioned.

'I did.' I said in my mind. 'And paid the price too.'

'Don't think I'll leave sweetheart.' He started again.
