A Pleasant Adventure!

𝒀𝒖𝒗𝒓𝒂𝒋'𝒔 𝑷𝒐𝒗:

I heard the girl's late night talk's day before yesterday and heard they want to go somewhere is the mountains. So I decided to take them there. As I can't let them go alone, so I'm also joining. I didn't tell anyone except Rahi. She packed the bag's.

'Are we ready?' I asked.

'Yesss!' Rahi and Baani yelled. While Naira stayed silent.

'Where's she?' I asked Rahi in a slow voice.

'Don't know.' Rahi said. 'Didn't heard from her since last night.'

'Why didn't you called her?' I asked.

'I did.' She tried to explain. 'But she didn't picked up.'

'Why didn't you went to her house?' I said. Calmly. I can't yell on my sister.

'She wasn't there.' She replied. 'Let me check now. Maybe she's at home.'

She went and after few minutes she came back. I didn't asked anything. Waiting for her to say.

'She's not in the mood to join.' Rahi said. 'I tried to convince her butt---'

'That's okay.' I told. Trying to calm her down. 'If she doesn't want to join, we can go alone.'

'But you arranged this for her and she--' she tried to say.

'So whatt?' I replied. 'You also wanted to go, right?'

'Yess.' She replied. Her voice low.

'Than let's go.' I said and started putting the bag's in the back seat. I sat on the driving seat and Baani sat next to me. I was about to go when a voice came from behind.

'Waitt.' She said. 'I'm coming.'

My eyes lightened up. I recognised her voice. It's Nehmat. She came in and took her seat.

'Yaayyy!' Said Baani while giggling. 'We will have a lot of fun, Yuvi!'

'Yuvi?' Nehmat said. Still in her arrogant face.

'Yesss! That's the nickname for Yuvraj. Cute na?' Says Baani.

I turned back to look at Nehmat's reaction. 'Huhh' she said. 'That's cringe!' And smirked.

I smiled slightly. And said 'Ready to go!'

'Let's gooooo!' Both Rahi and Bani said in excitement. Nehmat stayed silent. Rahi fall asleep meanwhile Baani just kept yapping about the things we used to do in childhood. Bullshit. I know she's lying.

I adjusted my rear view mirror to catch a glance of Nehmat. She was blankly staring outside the window. She has the face for which someone might go on a war for. No, I think she has the face of those brave woman's who go for the war.

When her eyes comes in contact with sunlight, it glows differently. Her eyes might not be the colour of the oceans, but I'm drown in them every single time!

Before that, I decided to have snacks or something. Because I know when Nehmat is angry, she feels more hungry. After few hours, we reached our destination. Dhinodhar Parvat. The one which I admire the most.

'Come on. Yuvi! Let's climb it!' Said Baani.

'Everyone go on. I'm coming.' I said. I went to bring some warm clothes. Because by the time we will be back, it might be so cold.

'Bhaiyaa' Raaj said. 'Why are you---' He tried to say.

'Shut up if you're gonna ask stupid questions.' I warned him.

'You're calling me stupid?' He said. Fake tears in his eyes.

'No.' I said. 'I didn't say that.'

'But you told me to not ask stupid question's.' He said while sniffing. 'Than means I'm stupid, right?'

'Why are you so dramatic?' I said. 'You're acting like You're my wife.'

He laughed. 'Just kidding.' 'Chillll'

I smiled. 'But I'm serious.' He say's. 'Look at me.'

I don't usually look at people when they're talking.

'Why are you so relaxed?' He said. I gave him a look.

'No I mean--' he tried to explain. 'You were a workaholic person who is always in a hurry--'

'Yeah.' I said. 'So what? I also need rest.'

I suddenly saw Nehmat. She was sitting on a bench. I went near her and saw she was texting someone. 'Nehmat' I said gently.

'Yeah' she replied immediately. 'What are you doing behind me?' She looked a bit irritated.

'Thank you for coming.' I said with a smile on my face. 'I planned this especially for---'

'Stop it.' She said. ' I came here for Rahi. Not because you planned it.'

'Nehmat' I said. My voice breaking down. 'What's wrong? I'm sorry if I--' before I can finish she walked away.

'Wooho!' Raaj came from behind. 'No girl ever walked away from you like this!'

He was joking I know. I didn't reacted. But what's wrong with her?

The day flew away and Nehmat wasn't even looking at me for once. I don't know what to do. I was standing beside the large wall, while everyone were chit-chatting. Rahi seemed happy. The moon was lightening up the sky.

Raaj came near me. 'I got youu bro.' He said and went near them.

'Let's play a game!' Raaj said with a bottle in his hand.

'Yess!' Baani said. 'Let's play truth & dare.'

'That's what children's play.' Nehmat said.

'Come on' Rahi said. 'That would be fun.' Convincing Nehmat to agree. And she finally did.

'Okay.' She said. Everyone settled down. Raaj sat beside me and Baani in the front. Raaj spinned the bottle. It came on Naira and Rahi.

'Okay.' Naira said excitingly. 'Truth or Dare?'

'Truth!' Rahi said.

'Tell me a weirdest thing that Raaj used to do.' She asked. 'Like when he was small.'

'Umm-' Rahi started thinking. While Raaj was silently praying to God.

'Don't forget.' Raaj said. 'I'm your brother. I also have some respect.'

'You don't!' Rahi exclaimed. 'Okay. When Raaj was like 3-4 years old he kept his hand inside the cat's mouth.'

'Heyy-- not that one' Raaj yelled while everyone burst out laughing.

'And when the cat bite him, he cried for a week.' Rahi finished.

'You betrayed me!' Raaj said.

'I have more to say.' Rahi said. 'I choosed the less embarrassed one!'
