My head hurts. I drank too much yesterday that I don't remember how I ended up here. In my room. As much as I remember I went out with Raaj. Than met a girl maybe. I only remember her brown eyes. I erased that thought from my mind. Whoever she is, if she's not Inayat, I don't even want to think about her.

I got ready for office and was about to leave when Raaj called me from behind.

'Bhaiya' He said. 'Do you remember that girl?'

Before he could say anything, 'I don't have time for her.' I said and walked away. As it was the university hours and that girl who looks like Inayat might come there. And I was right. She did came.

She has a wide, round face with a pointed chin. Thick , long , straight hair. Her eyes were almond shaped and dark brown. I can't take my eyes off her. I was lost in her eyes. The investigator made me look to his phone. I looked away for just 1 second and when I looked back to her, she was not there. My eyes were searching for her. I saw a girl running, she was her. I started following her while thinking why she was running.

I noticed she was running even faster. So I stopped there. Maybe she was running faster due to me. I sat for sometime, my eyes still on her. I called my driver to bring my car here.

She was now sitting in a bench and was crying. I stared at her for few minutes. Thinking why she was crying, what was bothering her? If I knew it, I will destroy everything that hurts her.After few minutes, she got up and was going nearer to a couple. They seemed like a couple. But why was she going there? Was he her boyfriend? They were having a heated argument which lasted for maximum 10-15 minutes. She was trying to stop that boy but he pushed her and she fall down.

I ran immediately to her. The same Brown eyes. Her head was bleeding so much. I take out a handkerchief from my back pocket and tied to her head, so that the bleeding slows down. I carry her in my arms and made her sit on my car and drove my car to the hospital.

I called Rahi and Raaj to help complete the formalities of the hospital. Nehmat was now in the emergency room. I was waiting for her when I saw Rahi talking to an unknown figure. I went near her and eavesdropped the conversation.

'Hey Rahi. What are you doing here?' The boy asked. All comfortable like they know each other very well.

'My friend just had an accident. What about you?' She asked.

'Oh!' He replied. 'You know na, Mom is nowadays not well. And father is also meets us once in an year, so it's hard to manage everything.'

'That's so sad. You can tell me if you want anything. I'll be very happy to help.' Rahi replied. Than she saw me standing in front of her. So he came towards me.

'Whatt?? Why were you listening to our conversation?' Rahi asked.

'Who is he?' I asked instantly. Ignoring the questions she asked.

'A friend.' She replied casually.

'Name?'

'Kevin.' She replied.

'Kevin? He's my friend. My childhood one right?' I replied immediately. Still not able to recognize him.

'I don't know, Bhaiya.' She said. A little stressed.

Than doctor came out. 'Nothing to worry. She had an panic attack due to that she fell unconscious.' 'But now she's okay.' The doctor added and walked away.

I felt relieved. I arranged house for her and sent Rahi to help her settle there. I don't know why but I can't trust Akansh. He's a bastard.

I reached home at 4. I was so tired and was about to go to sleep when I heard someone crying. It was my Mom. I went near her.

'What's wrong Mom?' I asked with concern. 'Did Dad say something to you?'

'No. Your dad doesn't even speaks to me.' She replied.

'So you're sad about that?' I asked gently.

'No.' She replied. I waited patiently for her to continue. 'I'm worried about you.'

'Me?' I asked. 'Why?'

'Because you're still stuck in your past. In your childhood. Stop digging past Beta. It will only hurt you.' She said and paused for a second.

'So what do you want me to do?' I asked silently.

'To forget her.' She replied immediately.

'That's not possible. You know that she is the first girl who was kind to me.' I tried to explain. 'I can't do this. I'm sorry.'

She stayed silent. 'Okay. I'll do as you say. But after knowing everything.' I demanded.

'No.' She replied instantly. Her face changed. She looks terrified. 'I won't.' Her voice low.

'Okay. Than I won't stop until I find out why she left.' I replied.

'Don't do this. God separated you both due to some reason.' She tried to convince me.

'Maybe it was not God's , but your personal reason to separate us.' I said and started walking away.

'No. Listen to me. You both are meant to hate each other. She will only hate you.' I can hear her yelling at me but I didn't stop.

I freshen up and was lying in the bed. I can't sleep. What can I do now? I went to check on Raaj just in case he's awake. But he is not. So I came back in my room, turned off the light's and was sitting with my thoughts.

'Why did Mom said that Inayat will hate me?' I asked myself. I thought was alone until I heard a voice.

'Ask yourself Bhaiya.' A voice came. 'Don't you remember how you---'Rahi was about to complete the sentence when another voice came in.

'Rahii!' Dad yelled. 'Go to your room.'

'Wait. Why?' I said. 'I want to know. What did I do that make's me worthy of hate?' A tear fell from my eye.

Dad came and sat beside me. 'It was never your mistake Beta.' Dad said. 'You don't deserve hate.'

'But you deserve hate.' I replied back. 'I know what you did to Mom. So stop acting innocent.' I continued and walked away.

'I didn't do anything--' My dad keep saying behind my back.
